For my most recent game, Schemes: The Last Card, I was tasked with making a Character Frame and a Card for each character in the game. Each back had to have the symbol, and each had to be tied into the character, giving the player an idea to the character's personality. Each card and frame also had to have a grey mask for the character's art/card's art to be masked into in Unity.
This is Felty's! He's our mascot trope character, with a splash of chaos. He's all about randomizing up cards played on both sides. I did my normal Low to High process in maya and Zbrush, bringing it into Substance Painter to finish it up.
